• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (United States), Google Analytics 4, measures website usage. Loaded only after you consent; no data reaches Google if you decline.
• OpenAI (United States), processes chatbot messages to generate AI responses; messages are not used to train OpenAI's models
• Cloudflare (United States), proxy and DDoS protection for backend infrastructure
• Our email provider (European Union), delivers contact form messages to our inbox; the message content passes through their mail servers

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Transfers to the United States are covered by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable).

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and chatbot bookings are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted. Technical server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
